We're looking for a motivated and dynamic trainer with the following qualifications:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- CPP20218 Certificate II Security Operations
(or CPP20212 Certificate II Security Operations – and be enrolled to upgrade to the current qualification)
- CPP31418 Certificate III in Close Protection Operations
- CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations
(or CPP30411 Certificate III Security Operations qualification - and be enrolled to upgrade to the current qualification)
Security Agents Licence with the following endorsements:
- Security agent trainer (essential)
- Crowd or venue control (essential)
- General guarding (essential)
- Bodyguarding
- Guarding with a Dog
Who You Are
- You have relevant industry experience in security operations
- You are passionate about teaching and ensuring your message is clearly understood and retained to the best of your abilities.
- You have initiative and a strong worth ethic and previous co-workers, and employers have respected you for this.
- You have the motivation to grow your skills as a Tactical Training instructor.

What You Can Expect
The instructor position is casual.
Your role will involve training students within our facility, as well as traveling to corporate locations and training the staff of the companies we service.
Although we have strict training criterion to follow, we would like to think that the presentation style and personalities of our first aid instructors play a big part in preparing our students for what is to come.
